What this feature does

These videos explain the business workflow: save designs, review products, add selected products to cart, and use AI responsibly.

AI videos should clearly explain credits, limitations, and customer design direction.

Instructions

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Save / Save As / Open / Close: show File menu and explain when to use each action.
  2. 2Saved Design Folders and Reusable Saved Designs: show how customers organize and reuse work when allowed.
  3. 3Add Selected to Cart: select mapped product assets, click Add Selected to Cart, review quantity, product name, SKU, price, and sale price.
  4. 4Cart Icon and Checkout: show cart count and how customers continue to WooCommerce checkout.
  5. 5AI Refine, Generate Arrangement, Special AI Direction, AI Limitations, AI Credit Wallet, and AI Credit History: record short separate videos for each topic.

Best Practice

Tips

  • Use a small sample design for cart videos so the product list is easy to read.
  • For AI videos, explain that special direction does not add items that are not part of the canvas or selected AI workflow.

Important

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not show internal OpenAI cost or markup in customer videos.
  • Do not imply AI will always count every flower perfectly.
  • Do not add unmapped design-only assets to cart in the tutorial.
