Learn how to use the Studio canvas, asset tools, AI features, saved designs, and WooCommerce cart connection.

Quick Start

Use these steps when you are opening the Studio for the first time.

  1. 1Log in through your D&E Floral Supplies WooCommerce account.
  2. 2Open D&E Design Studio from your account or the Studio button.
  3. 3Add flowers, fillers, greens, ribbons, wraps, boxes, or accessories from the asset library.
  4. 4Move, resize, rotate, duplicate, replace, or layer assets on the canvas.
  5. 5Save your design, refine it with AI, or add selected mapped products to cart.

Right-Click Asset Tools

Right-click any asset on the canvas to open advanced tools for replacing, modifying, cloning, erasing, deleting, and layering.

Replace Asset

Swap the selected flower, filler, greenery, ribbon, wrap, box, or accessory with another asset while keeping the design position as close as possible.

Example: replace a red rose with a white rose without rebuilding the whole bouquet.

Asset Modification Tools

Use available edit tools to fine tune the selected asset, including visual adjustments, shape fitting, stem adjustment when available, and detail cleanup.

Use this when an asset needs small adjustments to fit naturally into the arrangement.

Duplicate / Clone Asset

Create another copy of the selected asset. The duplicated asset can be moved, resized, rotated, layered, or edited separately.

Great for quickly adding more roses, fillers, leaves, butterflies, pins, or decorative pieces.

Clone Stamp

Advanced visual editing tool that copies part of an asset and paints it onto another area of the same asset.

Clone Stamp is for visual repair only. It does not add another product to the cart.

Erase Brush

Remove unwanted parts of an asset, clean edges, hide extra stems, or shape an asset so it fits better inside the design.

Erase Brush changes the visual design only. To remove a product from the design, delete the asset.

Delete

Remove the selected asset from the canvas. Deleted assets no longer count as used products in the design.

Use Undo if you delete something by mistake.

Layer Adjustments

Move an asset forward, backward, to the front, or to the back so flowers, wraps, ribbons, boxes, and accessories stack correctly.

Example: send wrapping paper behind the flowers or bring a topper in front of the bouquet.

Step-by-Step Tutorials

Tutorial 1: Build Your First Arrangement

  1. 1.Open the asset library.
  2. 2.Choose flowers and fillers.
  3. 3.Drag assets onto the canvas.
  4. 4.Resize and rotate each item.
  5. 5.Use layer tools to place flowers, wraps, and accessories correctly.
  6. 6.Save the finished design.

Tutorial 2: Use Right-Click Tools

  1. 1.Add one asset to the canvas.
  2. 2.Right-click the asset.
  3. 3.Try Duplicate / Clone Asset.
  4. 4.Try Replace Asset.
  5. 5.Try Layer Adjustments.
  6. 6.Use Erase Brush or Clone Stamp for visual cleanup.
  7. 7.Use Delete or Undo when needed.

Tutorial 3: Save, Open, and Reuse Designs

  1. 1.Create a design.
  2. 2.Click Save or Save As.
  3. 3.Give the design a clear name.
  4. 4.Open saved designs from your Studio account.
  5. 5.Reuse saved designs as starting points for new customer orders.

Tutorial 4: Add Selected Products to Cart

  1. 1.Select the assets you want to purchase.
  2. 2.Click Add Selected to Cart.
  3. 3.Review the product details and quantity.
  4. 4.Confirm the add-to-cart action.
  5. 5.Open WooCommerce cart when ready to checkout.

Tutorial 5: Use AI Refine Design

  1. 1.Build your design on the canvas first.
  2. 2.Click AI Refine Design.
  3. 3.Review the estimated AI Credit hold.
  4. 4.Add a special direction if needed.
  5. 5.Confirm and wait for the AI result.
  6. 6.Review the final credit charge and refund notice.

Tutorial 6: Generate Arrangement with AI

  1. 1.Open Generate Arrangement.
  2. 2.Enter flower names and exact quantities.
  3. 3.Choose occasion and style.
  4. 4.Select accessories or container when needed.
  5. 5.Add special AI design direction.
  6. 6.Confirm the credit estimate and generate the arrangement.

AI Credits

AI Refine Design

Refines your current canvas design into a more realistic floral image. The Studio shows an estimated credit hold before running.

Generate Arrangement

Creates an arrangement idea from selected flower quantities, occasion, style, container, accessories, and special direction.

Credit Refunds

The Studio may hold the high-end estimate first, then return unused credits automatically after final settlement.
