Pick your most-used actions so they appear in a small floating shortcut window.

What this feature does

Favorite Tools keeps the most useful tools close to the canvas without listing every tool all the time.

The Pick popup lets you choose which tools appear in the floating window.

Instructions

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Open Favorite Tools.
  2. 2Click Pick to choose tools.
  3. 3Select recommended tools or right-click tools you use often.
  4. 4Click OK to confirm.
  5. 5Click away from the Pick popup to close it without changing more.

Best Practice

Tips

  • Keep only the tools you use often so the window stays clean.
  • Add right-click tools like Replace Asset, Clone Stamp, Erase Brush, and Asset Modification when needed.

Important

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not expect every tool to show in Favorite Tools unless you picked it.
  • Do not forget to select an asset before using selection-based tools.
