Edit the selected item's exact position, size, lock state, layer, and depth controls.
What it is
The Canvas Inspector is the compact control panel for precise item adjustments.
When to use it
Use it when dragging by eye is not precise enough or when you need to lock an item.
How to use it
- 1Select one item.
- 2Open the Canvas Inspector if it is collapsed.
- 3Edit X/Y, width, height, or other available values.
- 4Use Lock to protect the item.
- 5Use Layer & Depth controls when needed.
Good to know
Locked items cannot be directly moved or transformed until unlocked.
