Lock & Unlock Items
Protect an item from accidental moving or transforming while you work around it.
What it is
Locked canvas items stay in place until you unlock them.
When to use it
Use it for backgrounds, containers, or finished parts of a composition.
How to use it
- 1Select one item.
- 2Open Canvas Inspector.
- 3Click Lock.
- 4Continue editing other objects.
- 5Select the item and click Unlock when you need to edit it again.
