AccessAccess depends on the membership plan assigned to the customer account.

What this feature does
D&E can assign different tools and asset access to different membership plans.
Locked features can appear greyed out with an upgrade message so customers understand what higher plans unlock.
AI tools are intended to remain available to all membership levels, but AI Credits are required to run them.

- 1Open Studio with your customer account.
- 2Look for available tools and assets.
- 3If something is locked, read the upgrade message.
- 4Use another available asset or upgrade membership.
- 5Refresh after membership changes are applied.

- Reusable saved design assets may require a higher membership level.
Important
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not confuse locked design-only assets with out-of-stock WooCommerce products.
- Do not confuse AI Credit balance with membership access.
