What this feature does

D&E Design Studio is connected to your D&E Floral Supplies customer account.

Your Studio session connects saved designs, cart activity, membership access, and AI Credits to the logged-in customer account.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Log in to your D&E Floral Supplies account.
  2. 2Open My Account or the official Studio button.
  3. 3Click the Design Studio option.
  4. 4Wait for the canvas, toolbar, asset library, cart, and AI wallet to load.
  5. 5Confirm that your customer account and membership access look correct.

  • Refresh the browser after switching customer accounts.
  • Use the same customer account when you want saved designs and cart items to stay connected.

  • Do not open the Studio from an old saved link after switching accounts.
  • Do not use two different customer accounts in the same browser without logging out and refreshing.
