What this feature does

These videos should be recorded first because they help customers understand the whole Studio.

They should be simple, friendly, and focused on confidence, not every detail.

Instructions

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1Welcome to D&E Design Studio: show the canvas, asset library, toolbar, cart, AI area, Help, and saved designs.
  2. 2Design in 5 Steps: choose assets, add to canvas, arrange, edit, then save/export/cart.
  3. 3Where Tools Are Located Now: show File, Edit, Canvas, Selection, Favorite Tools, cart, AI, and Help.
  4. 4Favorite Tools Window: open the floating window, click Pick, choose tools, confirm, and use one shortcut.
  5. 5End each video by telling customers to save their design before leaving.

Tips

  • Use a clean sample design with a few flowers, greens, and one ribbon.
  • Keep each quick-start video under 3 minutes.

Important

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Do not explain advanced tools in the welcome video.
  • Do not use a cluttered sample canvas for beginner videos.
